Welcome to DF Fitness

Have you tried multiple times to lose excess weight or just even to develop a more active lifestyle for longevity only to fail miserably?  The more often you tried, the less confidence you felt that you could do it, right?

 

If that sounds like you, I have news!  You're not alone. Many of my clients have been there before starting their journey with me.  I have also been there in the past. You may just of lacked the accountability that an in-person training session with the correct trainer can give you to push through the barriers that years or even decades of unhealthy habits built in your lifestyle.

 

You can work with me individually or semi private  - up to 2 people per group.

 

The goal of these sessions is to help you acquire the knowledge, learn the skills and create habits that will equip you for life but still allow you to live your life to the full and not just munching on greens and drinking grass juice.  You are in control !

I currently train out of the private gym at GHA Rugby Football club, this is a private facility which means it is only myself and clients in the gym at any given time. 

No more waiting about for the eternal "On the Phone Bench Huggers"  or  "The Mirror Mob" to use the equipment you need. The view from the gym is enough to

inspire anyone . 

 

There is on site parking and all the facilities of a private club, the gym opens straight onto the pitch, plenty of fresh air and a great view.

It’s easy to do the same workout repeatedly, just by going into autopilot. While being consistent is important, adding a little diversity to your fitness routine helps strengthen new and different muscles and keeps things interesting.

 

Our programmes are progressive using various training methods - strength, conditioning, endurance, plyometric and HIIT to name a few because of the space at the Rugby Club some clients enjoy the hybrid of training in and outdoor.   Regardless of your goals your programme will be unique and tailored to  you  taking into consideration volume, intensity and frequency that match your goals, abilities, schedule, and priorities.
